For many years my teacher Robyn Smith taught this evening class in the Anusara style. In September 2017 she asked me to teach this time slot on a trial basis. As of January 2019 we still have a dynamic regular crew including yogis of all ages with visitors stopping by often.
Ideal for those new to yoga, this class introduces basic alignment and breath, while keeping a moderate pace. Classes focus on alignment, strengthening, breath, ease, safety and stability in basic yoga poses. The end of class includes a ~10 minute guided relaxation
To find the space: Enter through the Todd Room Door. This is the second door furthest uphill on the West side of the church (G street). Upon entering immediately on the left is another door leading to a flight of stairs. Go up the stairs and the gym will be on your left.
