Weekly private lessons are a great way to feel completely supported in your practice. I provide a practice catered specifically to you complete with hands on adjustments and dynamic feedback. I emphasize proper alignment, breath, and presence. I have taught dozens of people in a 1 on 1 setting and it is truly special every time. In a private setting you as the student are able to ask questions and steer the practice in a direction you would like to go.
