Yoga Nidra in the Sound Temple

In this easeful, heart centered New Year’s Day experience we investigate layers of the body mind through breath, sound, voice, mindful gentle movement and restorative yoga poses. Singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls, an array of chimes and bells, rainsticks & other musical instruments weave a sonic atmosphere.

Our session culminates in yoga Nidra (rejuvenating supine guided meditations) that will flow into collective singing and chanting!
