Online Nidra Genesis

Due to the covid response I will be hosting my first ever online public yoga nidra practice.

It will occur in the time slot of my suspended weekly nidra class at the HPRC Connection and will be presented in the same format.

There are 3 ways to connect. If you wish to participate live via zoom I will open the zoom meeting room at 5:20 p.m. pst. I plan to begin with a short welcome and framing of the practice shortly after 5:30.

I will stream the practice live in the zoom meeting and also on twitch. Twitch is a free live streaming service used mostly by videogamers and musicians that will allow anyone to watch and listen in a web browser without the need for an account or installing any additional software.

After the practice we will debrief and connect via zoom as well. I have been using zoom to facilitate distance learning for the students at Jacoby Creek School and I am getting to be an ace with the process.

For those interested in non-linear participation the practice will be hosted on Twitch for 2 weeks following the livestream.
